Handykey Product Warranty Information

Handykey warrants the Twiddler2 against defects in material or workmanship as follows:

Handykey will repair or replace the unit at no charge for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase.

The decision to repair or replace will the be at the sole discretion of Handykey. Units should be sent prepaid to Handykey with a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number clearly marked on the ouside of the package. An RMA number can be obtained by contacting Handykey technical support via phone, fax, or email.

You must retain the dated sales slip or invoice as evidence of purchase date.

DISCLAMER: Repair or replacement as provided under this warranty is the exclusive remedy of the purchaser. Handykey shall not be liable for any incidental or concequential damages for breach of any express or implied warranty on this product. Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose on this product is limited to the duration of this warranty.
